RCAC delivers resources. RCAC’s loan fund provides small communities and nonprofit organizations with suitable and innovative solutions to their financing needs. RCAC is certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) by the United States Treasury. Among other projects, RCAC provides short-term and interim financing for:

Juneau Family Health and Birth Center, always a labor of love

The Juneau Family Health and Birth Center (JFHBC) opened the doors of its newly expanded center in 2008. “Kaye Kanne, and the center’s board and staff are all very committed to providing quality birthing and healthcare for families, especially those who would normally have to go without,” said John Weidemaier, RCAC loan officer.
