Friends of Merced County Fair (FMCF) is a nonprofit group dedicated to making its fairgrounds a better place to work and play, to ensure a great future for its community and youth groups. RCAC Loan Fund supports more than $28 million in financing
to rural communities

In the quarter ending March 31, 2016, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) closed 16 loans and loan guarantees totaling more than $28 million to assist rural communities in Alaska, California, Hawaii and Washington with housing, water infrastructure and community development projects.
