    Fallon, Nev. – When Kelli Kelly arrived in this western Nevada desert community in 2009, the seemingly endless austere landscape might have given her pause. Her boyfriend at the time – who has since become her husband – suspected she might be put off.     David É Provost elected RCAC board president

    Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) elected David É. Provost Board of Directors president in early November. He has served on the board since 2006 and previously was the vice president. “David has been an influential member of the board for 11 years. His work at the Corporation for Supportive Housing makes him familiar with our loan fund and the need for permanent supportive housing,” said Stanley Keasling, RCAC Chief Executive Officer.
