RCAC seeks a Rural Development Specialist-Housing Counseling to be based in our West Sacramento, California office. The ideal candidate for this position will have five (5) years of experience in grant administration and compliance, community development, affordable housing, Self-Help and HUD programs and federal/state/local government agencies. Major responsibilities will include: administrative duties and contract management; conducting assessments; providing technical assistance; planning and/or delivering training; performing outreach and networking; program development; publications and performing research and analysis.
