OMB changes coming!

On Dec. 26, 2013, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published uniform administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for federal awards. 2013 Income Limits Published

Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) successor

In December 2013, Peter Carey, SHE’s president and chief executive officer, announced his retirement after 40 years with the organization. Peter’s successor effective July 1 will be Tom Collishaw, SHE’s vice president and director of development. Tom has 32 years of service with SHE and since 1993 has been directly responsible for all land and project development activity. Tom also serves on the boards of the National Rural Housing Coalition and California Community Reinvestment Corporation. Congratulations Peter on your retirement and Tom on your new position!
