He is a senior project manager with NCI Engineering Company in Great Falls where he has worked for over 30 years.

RCAC receives $10,000 environmental grant for Kern County Agua4All program
RCAC received a $10,000 SoCalGas Environmental Champions Grant to support RCAC’s Agua4All program in Kern County. RCAC will use this funding to install three water bottle filling stations in Greenfield Union schools; provide education and community outreach to change negative perceptions about drinking tap water; and distribute reusable water bottles to children within the school district.
RCAC receives $50,000 Capital One grant to support THE Academy
RCAC was awarded a $50,000 Capital One grant this week to support the Tribal Housing Excellence Academy (THE Academy), an innovative initiative to increase the number and types of housing on Tribal lands. THE Academy develops a core of Native housing entities with the skills to manage housing development themselves, rather than relying on outside consultants.
Individual well assessments offered in four western states
Private well owners in specific counties in Arizona, California, Idaho and Nevada are eligible to participate in RCAC’s Individual Well Program, which provides free private well assessments for those not regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act.
Arvin Interim Solutions POU program distributes more than 100,000 gallons of arsenic free drinking water
RCAC is pleased to announce that Arvin Interim Solutions POU program, a collaboration between Arvin Public Schools, Community Water Center and RCAC to deliver safe drinking water to Arvin school children, reached a significant milestone of providing more than 100,000 gallons of arsenic free drinking water between June 2015 and November 2016.
