But this economic boon has also brought challenges, particularly in the housing market, where the demand for affordable housing has outstripped supply.

Case study: Panther Creek Water District

The Panther Creek Water District’s (PCWD) water intake and treatment buildings were destroyed in a September 2020 wildfire. PCWD is in Otis, Oregon.
