Having written, up-to-date policies that are followed is one of the best ways to avoid utility management disasters and ensure your water system remains in compliance and financially viable. In this workshop, you will learn how to list common policies for small water systems; recognize the benefits of written, up-to-date policies; identify which policies you need to update or create for your system; and create a draft policy using a template.
