Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)

The Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) has been extended to Aug. 8, 2020 with more than $100 billion remaining to assist small businesses. The loan amounts will be forgiven as long as: the loan proceeds are used to cover payroll costs, and most mortgage interest, rent, and utility costs over the elected cover-age period after the loan is made; and employee and compensation levels are maintained.
