Anjali ShethWest Sacramento, Calif. — Anjali Sheth is Rural Community Assistance Corporation’s (RCAC) new controller. Ms. Sheth prepares and revises the corporate budget and reports, coordinates treasury functions, and supports the Chief Financial Officer with grant and contract management. She also manages RCAC’s investment portfolio, reviews financial contract and grant requirements and oversees Finance Department activities.

Prior to joining RCAC, Ms. Sheth was an accounting manager for a mobile homes property management company in the Sacramento area, and she was a controller for a hospitality company in Roseville, California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator, a California Notary Public, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from India.

Founded in 1978, RCAC provides training, technical and financial resources and advocacy so rural communities can achieve their goals and visions. RCAC serves rural communities in 13 western states and western Pacific islands. Services are available to communities with populations of fewer than 50,000, other nonprofit groups, Tribal organizations, farmworkers, colonias and other specific populations.
