West Sacramento, Calif. — Nevada resident Nancy Brown joined Rural Community Assistance Corporation’s (RCAC) Board of Directors.

Ms. Brown holds an associate degree from the Merced Community College; and she has attended CBA Graduate School Retail Banking, FRB Community Development Lending School, and the Bay Area Ross Program in Real Estate.

“We are extremely excited to have Nancy join the RCAC Board. Her knowledge of community development finance and her ties to Nevada will provide insight to our efforts there,” said Stanley Keasling, RCAC chief executive officer.

RCAC board members serve three-year terms and may remain on the board for up to four consecutive terms.

Founded in 1978, RCAC provides training, technical and financial resources and advocacy so rural communities can achieve their goals and visions. RCAC serves rural communities in 13 western states and certain Pacific islands. Services are available to communities with populations of fewer than 50,000, other nonprofit groups, Tribal organizations, farmworkers, colonias and other specific populations. About RCAC
