In Grand County, Utah, a $4.6 million loan to the Wingate Village Development will finance the construction of 22 units of affordable housing. RCAC and the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah are partners on the project. The development will provide much needed relief in the community which has nearly 100 percent rental occupancy rates.

In Napa, California, a $125,000 loan to a local water company will finance the drilling of a new well. This will reduce the current high levels of iron in the local water supply and in turn eliminate contaminates that have clogged filters and disrupted home based plumbing systems due to the failing well.
