Enoch City Drinking Water System
Enoch is a rural city in Iron County, Utah. The Enoch City Drinking Water System provides water to 6,500 people, many of whom have low incomes. The community’s median household income (MHI) is $53,569. The city of Enoch contacted RCAC for assistance in reviewing water system financials and determining an appropriate rate structure to ensure sustainable revenue without unduly burdening customers.

How RCAC helped a woman-owned law firm in Arizona’s ‘legal desert’ endure the pandemic
In Arizona, two-thirds of counties have fewer than one lawyer per 1,000 residents. Despite this imbalance, traditional banks and lenders were a no-show when COVID-19 threatened to shut down a woman-owned law firm in rural Mohave County. RCAC’s timely Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan enabled Attorney D’Arcy Downs-Vollbracht to continue providing low-cost and free legal assistance to her community.
