Judy Monteux is BAAACK! Many of you have already met Judy as she worked for RCAC for five years as the accounting manager and then in financial management and training for eight years. Judy has rejoined RCAC and is our newest rural development specialist in Housing and Community. Previously with RCAC, Judy assisted the self-help grantees and many other clients including community housing development organizations and tribal organizations. RCAC is very excited that Judy has returned with her training skills and her ability to translate accounting concepts for the non-accountant!
