Registration Help

When you register for a training or event on RCAC’s website, the registration system requires an email address and password to create your profile and user account. Once your account is created, you can register for trainings and events, check which workshops you are registered for, add or delete training sessions, change your mailing or email addresses, view past registrations, and download and print your completion certificates and transcripts. RCAC will notify you, via email, that certificates are available for download within 15 days after the training event is complete. Your records associated with any given training event will be available to you for seven years after the event concludes. If you are unable to access your records through your account for any reason, please phone our Conferences, Trainings and Events staff at (916) 447-9832 ext. 1429 or email registration@rcac.org.

Creating a user profile:

  • Click on the name of the training session or event you would like to attend. This will take you to another page.
  • Click on the “register” link on the right hand side of the page.

Registering yourself and others:

If you are a new registrant, it is recommended that you set up your user profile before registering for other people. You can only register other people from your company.

To register yourself and others from your company, complete the registration process until you reach “My Cart” (see previous instructions).

  • Select the “Myself and others” option.
  • Fill in the number of other people you want to register from your company in the “Count of Other Registrants” box. Then click “Proceed”.
  • You will be taken to your profile screen. Note your company name. The company name of the other people you are registering must match the company name in your profile. Do not edit your profile.

Tip: The best way to enter your company name if you have more than one person from your company attending trainings, or if your company has multiple locations, is to use both the company name AND acronym in the title. For instance “Rural Community Assistance Corporation – RCAC” or “Rural Community Assistance Corporation – RCAC – Nevada”. This will help the software find the profiles for all the people in your company.

  • Click “Proceed” or “Return to Cart”.
  • You will now see a “New Registrants” area under “My Cart-Registrants”
