RCAC project highlights map

Affordable, decent housing; safe drinking water; jobs; community facilities; economic and leadership development are the many facets to RCAC’s work. We have field offices in 13 western states; and our dedicated staff provides technical assistance, financing and training so rural communities can achieve their goals and visions.

Our work takes many forms, as illustrated in our project highlights featured here on our interactive map. We develop these project snapshots throughout the year and compile them in March for legislative visits to Washington DC. During these visits, RCAC staff advocate for continued program funding to support rural communities. Some of the project highlights have been expanded into more in-depth articles.
