RCAC presents a series of discussions with state directors for United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA RD). Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced on July 7 that the town of Gooding, Idaho will receive $15,370,000 in loans and $2,380,000 in grants to improve its wastewater infrastructure.
West Sacramento, Calif. — In the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2018, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) closed 22 loans totaling nearly $8 million to support rural communities in Alaska, California, Idaho, New Mexico and Washington.

Napa County, Calif. — Private well owners in specific counties, including Napa County, are eligible to participate in Rural Community Assistance Corporation’s (RCAC) Individual Well Program, which provides free private well assessments for those not regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act.
