CDFIs are responding to borrowers in crisis
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) like RCAC are responding to borrowers in crisis in communities from coast to coast. Each of our organizations is fielding dozens of calls a day from borrowers struggling with how to survive lost revenue and canceled programming, how to keep people employed, and even whether to close their doors entirely. We’re providing all of the resources we can as well as developing plans to react quickly to payments issues that may arise in the next month and beyond. COVID-19 resources and notices
RCAC is monitoring COVID-19 notices and resources for our communities and partners. We have compiled and posted information such as federal funding/relief bills, resources specific to the states in our region, homeowner and renter resources, and links to informational websites. Call for nominations!
RCAC seeks nominations for the Yoneo Ono Rural Volunteer Award. The award honors rural people who have made significant lifelong contributions to their community in volunteer capacities. RCAC’s Board of Directors presents the award to the honoree during a reception held in their community, and a cash award is donated to a local charitable organization of the honoree’s choice.
